Reservation-Agreement Policies

Once our transportation services are reserved, you will receive an email confirmation with your travel details and reservation agreement. We appreciate you choosing Allegiance Limousine to be part of your travel plans. Our team of professionals and dedicated staff members are trained in every aspect, to ensure an optimum level of on time performance and professionalism. Your chauffeur will be at your service!

Once transportation services are reserved, a credit card deposit is required to reserve your vehicle. You will receive an email confirmation reservation-agreement with your travel details.

Reservation-Agreement Rescheduling, Extensions, and/or Cancellation Overview

At the Time of Charter/Transfer Reservation A Deposit is Required: A Reservation-Agreement will be entered into our system and emailed to renter requiring a returned signature. At the Time Of Prom Reservation A Deposit is Required: A Prom Reservation-Agreement will be entered into our system and emailed to renter. It requires returned signatures of Parent/Guardian and the Prom Student. There are several policies, procedures, and safety issues that must be followed to ensure a happy and safe night for all.

Please note any change to a reservation must be called into the office, we do not accept or guarantee changes that are not communicated direct to our office personnel. Reservation extensions are to be done through Allegiance Limousine’s reservation office ONLY, not through your chauffeur.

Allegiance Limousine requires a 7-day cancellation policy for all Charters and Transfers.

All other cancellations require a notice of cancellation not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the departure time initially agreed upon. If notice of cancellation is not timely given 24 hours or more prior to the departure time, a charge equal to the minimum charge for the service originally requested will be charged by Allegiance Limousine.

Overtime may be permitted upon vehicle availability. Availability of overtime is not guaranteed. Overtime rates are non- negotiable and will be charged to the customer and must be paid immediately following said transfer in Cash or Credit Card.

Vehicle change requests must be approved by our office and subject to vehicle availability. Any downsizing or upgrading vehicle size of previously reserved vehicle or duration of service will not relieve customer from the original responsibility of paying the full amount of the originally scheduled reserved transportation. Should client opt for a decrease in the agreed upon duration of service, or reduce the number of passengers accompanying client during the trip, or request to be driven to a shorter destination, the basic original rates shall still apply and client shall be responsible for payment of the originally stipulated charges. Allegiance is authorized to collect the remaining balance in full.

Additional Passengers: We charge based on contracted specified number of passengers in vehicles, if there are additional passengers (allowed only if vehicle capacity has not been reached) there may be a rate increase.

Additional Charges for Damages, Cleaning, or Repair: Additional charges will be assessed for any vehicle neglect/damage whether intentional or unintentional (to include vomit in or on the limousine) to the credit card on file including but not limited to actual cost of repairs/cleaning. All fees are subject to loss of revenue suffered by Allegiance Limousine while repairs are conducted.

Wedding Reservation Policies

You will receive a contract and agreement via email when reservation takes place. Wedding reservations require a non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance is to be paid upon vehicle arrival or can be charged to the credit card on file with convenience fee applied.

Cancellation

If cancellation is made prior to the event date, there will not be a refund of any deposits. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellation of all charter and/or transfer arrangements to the date the vehicle is committed to avoid the charge of the full fare plus 20% service charge. Therefore, the individual who signs the contract will be liable for the entire balance of the contract in full.

Additional Charges for Damages, Cleaning, or Repair

Additional charges will be assessed for any vehicle neglect/damage whether intentional or unintentional (to include vomit in or on the limousine) to the credit card on file including but not limited to actual cost of repairs/cleaning. All fees are subject to loss of revenue suffered by Allegiance Limousine while repairs are conducted.

Airport Transportation Policies

If return flight information changes, you must notify our office to ensure vehicle availability and avoid unnecessary charges. Please note that a credit card on file is necessary to reserve your vehicle.

Difficulties Obtaining Luggage and/or Clearing Customs

If it’s taking longer than 30 minutes to gather your luggage please notify the office. If you encounter delays for any reason after your flight has landed, please inform our office immediately. Standard waiting time for Domestic Flights is 50 minutes and 1 Hour for International flights. If you have not contacted us Additional Charges will be assessed if wait time exceeds the standard limits.

We monitor all trips arriving at O’hare and Midway Airports

As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes in arrival time.

Airport Transportation Rescheduling and/or Cancellation

Rescheduling and cancellation is possible at no extra charge, as long as rescheduling/cancellation is requested in an appropriate and reasonable amount of time. If chauffeur is in transit for your Scheduled Pick Up a cancellation fee of fare to include gratuities will be assessed and charged.

Unforeseen Circumstances and Weather Advisories

Allegiance Limousine is not responsible for situations that are beyond our control. Included, but not limited to: Allegiance Limousine will not be responsible for delays or termination caused by Act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards or danger of incident to state of war, road accidents or conditions, breakdowns, snow storms or other hazards that are beyond our control. We also may not guarantee to arrive and or depart from any point at a specific time pending any dangerous conditions. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone any ride that we feel will put our chauffeurs and/or passengers in danger, and may also reserve the right to implement a reasonable inclement weather fee if transportation exceeds scheduled travel times.
