Chicago Airport Limo Arrival & Dispatching
Allegiance Limousine diligently monitors and verifies the arrival time of every flight. Vehicles arrive at the airport and proceed to the staging area until dispatched, so that we arrive on-time every time. To avoid confusion and unnecessary charges, please notify our office if you have missed your flight or if your flight has been delayed.

Midway Airport Curbside Pick-up Instructions
Once you arrive at Midway Airport, please proceed to the Lower Level (LL) Baggage Claim area. Once you have all of your luggage, please call Allegiance’s office line at 708-478-1600.
- Our representative or dispatcher will ask for the passenger’s name
- You will be provided with a description of the vehicle, the license plate number & chauffeur’s name
- Please proceed to the Limo pick-up area and exit at Door 1LL or 2LL to the middle island where your vehicle will arrive in approximately 5 – 7 minutes. This time may vary due to congestion in the staging area or airport.
Chicago Airport Limo Regulations for curbside pick-ups require all livery vehicles to remain in a staging area until their passenger is ready to depart. Vehicles are prohibited from waiting at the terminals to avoid additional airport congestion. If airport security directs the chauffer to leave the area, the arrival of your vehicle will be delayed and additional charges will apply.
This rule went into effect January 5, 2015, and is called “Zero Dwell Time”. Any prearranged vehicle that is not actively loading is required to leave the terminal. Failure to do so will result in a ticket per Airport Security.
O'hare Curbside Pick-up Instructions
Domestic Terminals 1, 2, 3 and International Terminal 5
Once you arrive at O’hare Airport, please proceed to the Lower Level (LL) Baggage Claim area whether or not you have checked luggage.
- Once you have your luggage, please locate your exit door number and call Allegiance Limousine’s office at 708-478-1600.
- You will be provided with a description of the vehicle, the chauffeur’s name and license plate number.
- Please proceed to the limo pick-up area. Curbside pick-up for Domestic Terminals 1, 2 & 3 is located in the middle aisle outside the lower level baggage claim area. Curbside pick-up for International Terminal 5 is at the first lane outside of the Exit doors.
Chicago airport limo service regulations for curbside pick-ups require all livery vehicles to remain in the commercial vehicle holding until their passenger is ready. Once the chauffeur is dispatched to your location, please allow at least 5 – 10 minutes for your vehicle to arrive.

Thursday, Friday evenings and Holiday travelers may experience longer wait times for the chauffeur to arrive at your exit door location. Your patience is appreciated. Chauffeurs will notify dispatch immediately if traffic congestion occurs in the staging area and we will keep our customers informed about the chauffeur’s progress.
Please be ready when you call for your vehicle. Ensure that you have retrieved all luggage and are available when your vehicle arrives. Vehicles are strictly prohibited from waiting at the terminal. If the chauffeur arrives and you are not ready, airport security may direct the chauffeur to vacate the terminal. In this case, the arrival of your vehicle will be delayed and additional charges will apply.
If you are having difficulty obtaining your luggage and/or clearing customs:
If it is taking longer than 30 minutes to gather your luggage, or encounter delays for any reason after your flight has landed, please notify our office at 708-478-1600 immediately. The standard waiting time for a domestic flight is 50 minutes. The standard waiting time for international flights is 1 hour. Additional charges will be assessed if wait time exceeds the standard limits.
